I am someone who takes a lot of pleasure in their hair and beauty routine, so I was delighted to test out Vigorous, an online store that claims to offer a large variety of high-quality hair extensions, wigs, and accessories in addition to beauty and personal care goods. Having said that, my time spent shopping with Vigorous ultimately left me feeling downtrodden and annoyed. To begin, I discovered that their website was disorganized and difficult to understand, which made it tough for me to explore and locate the information that I required. The product descriptions were not detailed enough, and the accompanying photographs lacked the clarity required to provide me with a realistic portrayal of the items being sold. It took me a lot of time because their product categories were not well arranged, and I had to go through them to discover the things I wanted to buy. Second, when I finally got my order in the mail, I was quite dissatisfied with the things because of their poor quality. The hair extensions were of poor quality, including being very thin, and the color did not correspond to what was described on the website. The wigs were poorly made and caused a lot of discomfort, and the accessories were made of cheap material that was easily broken. It was very evident to me that Vigorous does not place a priority on either quality control or the fulfillment of the requirements of its customers. In addition, I was aggravated by their lack of attention to the needs of their customers. My attempts to bring my problems to their attention through their customer service personnel were met with comments that were useless and condescending. They did not provide any answers or compensation for the fact that I was dissatisfied, and as a result, I was left with the impression that my issues did not matter to them. My time spent with Vigorous was, on the whole, a negative experience for me. Their website is difficult to navigate and is chaotic, the quality of their products is poor, and their customer service is unhelpful. I would not advocate purchasing with Vigorous because there are many other trustworthy online companies that offer products of a higher quality and superior support for their customers than does Vigorous.
