Great raincoat best in my rating
I am impressed with this coat. It has an inner lining to stay warm and is not only water-repellent but also windproof. I don't know exactly because I personally don't wear 4T clothes, but my son always thinks that they are perfectly warm in them no matter how strong the wind blows, and the water hasn't gotten wet from the rain yet.

- A raincoat must not have any reflective elements, which makes it unsafe to wear at night.
