Great team of consultants, always keeping things relevant for my job needs! I would say they are quick to point out any issues that need attention but don’t jump right up front with something we haven't even thought about yet!! Always willing to help! We have been using PS since it was originally released (and then went through many different vendors) so this one has stuck compared to others from previous years. They know what their stuff looks like as far as sharepoint configuration goes - very easy customization options too make your environment look exactly how you want it/need it without major downtime or having someone else do all those tasks while our IT guys had other projects going full-swing at the same time. I like that they are very fast to respond, their customer service team always responds quickly and helps solve any issues you may have. Their prices aren't too high for what they provide, but it's not cheap either. They do great work! We use them as our primary provider of project management software. It has made our life so much easier with all the integrations we were having difficulty finding elsewhere.
