This chair has great vertical reach, is comfortable and comes in multiple colors. Wife wanted red and it looks good. The assembly is very simple, nothing complicated. As for installation, the flashlight comes in handy when you screw the screws into the mounts (dark on dark in a deep hole). It's also a good idea to manually thread a screw into each hole to check for odd threads (it's better to tap the threads). Let's get back to bolting the armrests to the back of the seat. I think it would be a good idea to get some shims appropriate for that area. The head of the screw doesn't have much clothing and I see this as a problem area in the future. For less than a dollar, you can prevent a future problem, so it's worth the dollar. Great chair, I will buy again.
