I did what I thought was a simple transmission oil drain and sump removal on my 2003 Camry but found a bolt on the transmission pan that would not loosen. After many attempts, it was damaged and rounded. It was in a spot where there was a car component above it so there wasn't enough room to add a bit of room to take it off. I've tried everything: sanding, spraying with lots of penetrant, spraying with WD-40, using a Revain hex wrench, pliers, etc. It would be easy to remove the screw. But this bolt had so little room for any tools. After several hours of trying to free myself, I was about to give up. This tool finally arrived on what should have been my last try before taking it to the auto shop - IT WORKS! I was finally able to knock out the bolt. It was really round and damaged when this tool arrived but it worked great. The bolt is rusted on my transmission pan so it's stuck so I can't get it out. This tool has saved me a lot of additional hassle, frustration, and expense! Well worth the money and definitely a great tool to have on hand when working on older cars and dealing with rusty bolts.
