So far so good! in meat and poultry tools

So far, so good! I only made one batch of 2 1/2 pound beef sticks but everything went smoothly and was easy to use. I soaked it before cleaning simply because it was convenient for me but not required. Seems like it's easy to clean with the included brushes when you're done. The shape of the chopsticks was great, although there was an occasional small air bubble that didn't detract from the final product. So far I recommend this product and will update if anything changes!
