This device really has a lot of potential. As a YouTube content creator, I use my iPad to create content quite often. While this tripod is generally good, it does have one non-trivial inconsistency. The grip on the iPad is not strong enough to prevent the iPad from sliding sideways. This discrepancy is not critical or fatal, but it is not trivial either. While you can very well use this tripod to create content on the go, be aware of possible side-slip. Considering that a modern iPad costs $1,200, the actual slip can get pretty pricey. Overall I give this tripod three stars because it is functional and works with the latest 13 inch iPad. I only deducted two stars because of the possible danger. Buy one if you need a tripod ASAP and are willing to go the extra mile to be discreet while shooting.
