1st died and replacement died on arrival
Don't worry. I got one, set it up and worked for a couple of weeks, after that my battery just died and my USB device broke. Got a replacement. Before connecting, I checked the panel. Both output wires were marked with a minus. Expose the panel to direct sunlight and wait. I put a multimeter on it and got a zero result. Nothing, just zeros. Tried different scenarios and still only zeros. At least the 1st panel worked for several weeks. It was DOA!
