Review on 👕 CompressionZ Men's Quick-Dry Long Sleeve Compression Baselayer Athletic Shirt by Chad Mills

I am 6ft 3in and 175lbs. I bought size L and it fits me almost perfectly but is still a bit tight on the inside of my elbows. I ran in 60F and this compression shirt did a good job of protecting the skin from cold winds but it breathes a lot so if you start sweating and it's cold outside you can expect to feel that chill even more; As such, I do not recommend this shirt for temperatures below 50 F, especially when it's windy outside. Also, any wind will practically freeze you if the temperature is below 60 F. prevents the accumulation of sweat. Cons: - Not suitable for running in temperatures below 50F - Useless on windy days at around or above 10mph - Elbow flexion is a little crumpled when bending your arms to run, it's a bit uncomfortable - Ordered a large (the almost fits perfectly ) instead of medium which was recommended for my body type
