I have had this shower head for four months now and I love it - I would give this product 5 stars if it had lasted just a little longer. Unfortunately the hose leaked a few significant ones and I had to go back to my previous shower head which luckily I had hidden. Since the water mainly drains down the sides of the hose, the water pressure has dropped so much that there is almost no difference between the jet patterns. Before this hose problem, I liked this product. There are three "basic" jet types: targeted high-pressure jet, soft wide rain jet, and thick massage jets. The dial also has stops to combine high-pressure jets or massage jets with rain. The length of the hose is enough for you to move the shower head conveniently and wash anywhere. The item is made of metal and looks pretty good, not cheap. I really liked this item, but in its current state it is unusable for me. I might try replacing the hose before ordering a brand new shower set.
