no tongue. No laces. Infinitely adjustable fit. You can wear them barefoot, with thin socks or thick socks. These are the best shoes I've ever owned, the answer to all my complaints about every other shoe (hell, every shoe) I've had over the years. Designers reinvented the sneaker concept! Except for the laces, my biggest criticism of the sneaker. Wandering tongue... gone too! However, the fit is perfect. Plus, I can wear them standing up! You don't have to bend down! how awesome is that I have bought three pairs and may buy more if they are discontinued. I hope they will make and offer more of these in the future instead.
