This floss was recommended by my dentist after recent dental surgery. It's packed in a handy box that you open like tissue paper to take out the pieces one by one. There is a hard part at the end to thread the floss through your teeth. This is followed by another cut about 6 inches thicker and fluffier to clean wider areas, or in my case the area over the middle tooth of a bridge. This is followed by a very long piece of standard dental floss, which is even thicker and thicker than the oral floss I'm used to. that I only use about 1/3 of each piece, I wish the pieces were shorter because it seems very wasteful on my mouth.
