It had a perfectly placed screw pattern as described and matched the bracket I had to use. I had everything I needed but the installation instructions could have been clearer, especially towards the end when I had to connect the ignition wiring. As it turns out, most of these UTVs have at least 1 pre-installed jack for this purpose only (my RZR had 2). Luckily I did a quick web search before I slammed into the factory harness! I like the winch and everything works great.
