Almost perfect support if you sleep on your side. I've been looking for the perfect pillow for 3 years. While not perfect, they outperform 95 percent of the pillows I've tested. This includes a $200 pillow which was a little more comfortable than sleeping on a large flat rock. Although I threw away the $200 pillow, I'm keeping it. They are particularly comfortable when used in combination with a flat but semi-supportive memory foam pillow. The combination of a flat memory foam pillow at the bottom and a slightly sloped top really makes for the perfect pillow combination. Sweet Dreams.
