I've been biting my nails my whole life so I didn't even get a chance to need these things until I was older, I left mine Nails are growing the last 2 years and although they are what I consider strong. They needed a job. I decided to try this product. I read all the other reviews and they sounded like it was worth it so I decided to give it a try. At first I was struck by the coconut scent, it's amazing. Second, it's easy to apply, doesn't leave a greasy feeling, and you don't need much, so this jar lasts a long time. I also love the fact that I didn't have to take my nail polish off to apply it, I can just apply it over top. Wonderful. Recommended to anyone who wants to strengthen their nails. (and yes, these are my real nails, not pressurized)
