These two components work together but be careful! Transmission, NOT directly connected to the torque converter. You need a chain for this. I found this cumbersome for my needs and after some research I discovered Beltplace.com. I installed the primary pulley on the motor and made a 10 inch plate to connect the motor and transmission. I purchased an asymmetric belt longer than stock from Beltplace part number 203596A. Now I have a clean and easy install. Belts and a final drive chain. My application was a racing bar stool. It would be nice if small details were mentioned. But the products themselves seem good.
