Very simple - suitable for cats or dogs. Or even people. It's just petroleum wax and vitamin E. "Natural scent" is a bit confusing/careful, what is that? It's not strong, just barely there. So if it's a natural flavor, it doesn't need to be on the ingredients list. If it's an intentionally added flavor, I/we want to know what it came from. The container doesn't say anything, but the product description on the website says it smells like aloe vera. So what is it? The description on the container says it's for cats. The product description on the website says for cats or dogs. Aaaah! Anyway, back to where I started - a fairly simple product that should work for cats, dogs, and humans. I use it on my dogs. Not much because it's far away. No need to smear the wool around your fingers. Just tiny but rubbed into the toe pads to keep them soft. We don't have any major problems here, just a bit of a drought. I for one don't want to lick it off BUT I usually put it on in the evenings right before bed so they're more relaxed and certainly don't rub immediately while walking or playing. Seems to be working for us. I use some on my elbows and arms when I'm done with my dogs. The can lasts forever. I think I can start putting it on my feet along with them.
