Comfortable enough for pillows and positioning aids
Styrofoam padding looks like cotton mixed with styrofoam scraps left by the factory and tossed in the mill. It's quite patchy and I notice some plastic parts inside that other reviews mention, which doesn't inspire my confidence. But it is very comfortable to sleep on. I'm not sure if other pillows have a higher quality foam or not, but the filling on this pillow looks like it's based on scrap fabric.
