The PCI slots on this card are associated with either the processor or the B550 chipset. After 2 months, all slots connected to the chipset failed when the Win10 machine was powered on. No error messages, just suddenly no connection. The boards continue to have power - if they have LEDs, they light up and the NICs try to connect to the switch (but don't actually talk). Updated BIOS from F2 to F10 - no change, slots are still dead. I've started swapping cards in those slots, BIOS doesn't see any and Win10 doesn't see any even with "Show hidden devices" enabled. They took the cards that failed on that board but worked, transferred them to another machine where Windows would recognize them and install the drivers. I took a card that worked on another computer and transferred it to this board where neither the BIOS nor Windows sees it. I opened a ticket with Gigabyte; they don't answer. I am very disappointed by this sad failure. I've never experienced anything like this at MB.
