Review on Diamond N10 10 Inch Cutting Nipper by David Fields

I bought this based on the reviews. I think it's meant to be used on horse hooves but several reviews said it cuts through metal nails. I needed something that would cut off the sharp ends of the screws that were being pierced through a neighbor's wooden fence. On the first try, the screw simply blunted the cutting edge. I tried again on a different spot on the edge and the same thing happened. It's probably a good horse tool, but it definitely didn't cut through the metal screws.
