Not as useful as hoped.
OK. Seems well made but expensive. Adds several inches to band length, so if your happy with band length before handles you won't like the extra length with the handles. Adds something to store and not convenient to use. I've gone back to using bands without the handles except for a few exercises. Did not meet my needs.
- They work great. They are probably a little bigger than you think but I still like them a lot.
- The metal may be prone to rusting over time if it's not regularly maintained
