If you want to make your own kombucha, look no further and stock up on the essentials: SCOBY, a jar and a paper towel with an elastic band. The price is fair and the customer service is great. Although my jar had a tiny crack that slowly started to leak when I was making my first kombucha, customer service responded to my email within an hour saying they had sent a replacement. The new box arrived quickly. I couldn't ask for better service. My first kombucha came out strong :) After two weeks of making kombucha I had two new SCOBY babies. I am very satisfied with the quality of the product and the customer service that works for the people. Thank you!
