Great customer service from start to finish! Never any hassle or issues when dealing with our representatives at Genoya!! Very professional all around. I've been working with several companies now; this is my first time ever using an organization that doesn't make me feel like they are taking advantage of me. You guys just care about keeping it right without trying too hard or spending way more than you should have to. We aren't sure what we want but your team has helped us find answers so far--very nice job!! The customer service was great. They were very helpful and responsive. I had a request for an invoice that was not printed. It was sent to me via email but I never received it. I requested a new one be printed and emailed back to me. I have no problems with this process. This company has been great! We are able to send invoices out easily and they are ready when they need to be.
