This is an amazing color collection that allows a color spectrum to be achieved with one pattern, including many shimmers and many matte colours . The downside is that the individual colors are very small. Each eyeshadow color is a little less than a dime. While I like the black case, it is fragile and requires care when opening and placing feet on the bottom of the case. The lid opens to reveal a beautiful mirror inside. The eyeshadow trays slide out the sides to reveal the colors in the lower tier trays. When all trays are extended, the width is approximately 17 inches. My camera didn't capture any shimmer colors, but the upper left compartment is all shimmer colors and the upper right compartment is all matte colors. The thinner second shelves are also divided into shimmer and matte colors. The bottom shelf is a combination of shimmer and matte colors. When shimmery colors are applied, there is a lot of shimmer. Colors mix easily. There is a bottom tray to slide out with makeup applicators, matte blush, concealer, and brow tints. There isn't much choice here and it doesn't excite me as much as eyeshadow colors. My rating is 4 stars because I love the colors, how they look and feel and how many colors there are. I just don't like the skinny body.
