The ease of use is my favorite part, there's nothing about it that I don't like! It was easy to get started with (even if you're not tech-savant) because everything has been well thought out in terms what their are looking for before they even know themselves or have any idea how many emails/subscribers etc will come through at once - so this makes things easier than most platforms where people tend just throw up an account without actually knowing exactly who your audience might be first off!! I love that privy allows you to see how many people opened your email, which links they clicked from, etc! It's great for tracking engagement rates of campaigns and leads as well.
The lack of customization options is something we're still working out but it should be said that most companies have different needs when it comes to marketing tools so there are some tradeoffs with any tool like this one. Tracking ROI across multiple channels has been much easier since implementing privy.
