This is the first review I am leaving on revain, because we buy so many things through revain that if I had to write a review for everything, I'd have no time left to do anything else.Having said that, this company and their products impressed me enough to warrant a proper review. First of all, the lights themselves are awesome - they are all-aluminum, even the stakes are made of metal unlike most other lights that come with plastic ones. It looks to be very high quality. The light is very bright especially considering that it only consumes 5 watts, and gives a perfect warm light.We ordered a ton of these lights to light up a bunch of large trees in our yard, seven 6-packs and then another four 8-packs, for a total of 66 lights. Out of those, only one had a problem - the reflector inside the housing was cracked. The outer housing was intact, and the light itself still worked, but I didn't want to go through the hassle of installing it, burying the wire, only to have to dig it back out if it failed completely. So I contacted the seller directly to see what they could do about it. I just asked for one replacement light so that I don't have to return the whole set through revain.This brings me to my next point, the company itself - they responded almost instantly, and offered to send me two replacement lights, plus a gift. I graciously accepted and lo and behold, two days later at my doorstep were the two replacement lights as promised, along with a really cool adjustable plant LED light! Talk about going above and beyond - not only did they not give me any hassle, but greatly exceeded any reasonable expectation as to how a return process could go.In conclusion, the lights themselves are great, and a phenomenal value especially for the price. The company is great to deal with, if you have any issues rest assured they will handle it as best as anyone. I am thoroughly impressed and will be buying more in the future.
