Good adapter but sometimes it needs a reboot to work properly. Plugging in the adapter after starting my MBP seems to result in the DVI port not registering with the external monitor until I reboot. I've had occasional issues with the Ethernet port not working when the DVI port works unless I reboot. A bit annoying but I have an adapter for everything so it's a big win. No problem if the adapter loses signal when running, even after the MBP has gone to sleep. UPDATE: It looks like the problem is with the Acer monitor I'm using as a replacement and it had the same issue. In any case, this is a solid adapter that I can recommend.
