Review on Small Office System Charcoal Telephones by Brandy Young

I like this system. I could probably install it myself, but I substituted another system with some connections made by our network operator, Bright House; I wanted to make sure everything was done right and it took the person I hired less than an hour for the minimum amount. After installation, I had some concerns about plugging in a wireless headset. I have worked with my customer service/tech support staff and they have been absolutely AMAZING. They were both patient and concerned that I might get the system to work exactly the way I wanted it; To contact them, you call, leave your name and phone number, and call back soon after. It wasn't necessary but I could call them 50 times and I'm sure the X-Blue staff will continue to treat me with care and respect. Since my old headset was about 15 years old, I decided to get a new one; I wanted to be able to plug it into the headset port with the phone's amazing functionality. Made a few attempts to get adapters but everything works fine [bought a Plantronics CS540]. The next sub-$100 addition was Grace Digital Music on Hold, which is so much better than just hooking up a tuner. It's just a great system with very reliable functionality at a very reasonable price.
