Review on 🚗 Meguiar's Premium Wash and Hybrid Ceramic Wax Kit by Nate Mims

UPDATE: Despite my doubts about HCW and the difficulties I had applying (described below), we have had good rain since I applied HCW have and i have to admit that the pearls were amazing. It was so good that the rain actually washed away a lot of the dust and other contaminants that had built up on my paint. I have raised my rating from 2 to 3 stars. That means I washed the car and washed off the soap and while it was wet I sprayed HCW section by section and then wiped it down with two microfiber towels to dry. I used it as a wax when dry as shown in the Meguiar video. My car is dark grey. After I dried the whole car, there were streaks everywhere, including the windows and black plastic parts, which cannot be avoided. I had to take a dry microfiber polishing cloth (from Griot's) and buff the strips with great effort. On the plus side, any spot I missed with the polishing cloth was pretty obvious. because of the stripes. Because of those stripes and the extra effort I would give the HCW one star, but the car looks pretty good so I was generous and gave it two stars. I think I'll stick with either Meguiar's Express Spray Wax (great alternative to waxing while it dries) or another spray wax for maintenance between full waxes. (By the way, there's a five-star HCW review with photos of the guy's black Mustang, and you can clearly see the stripes on the hood of his car, just as I got into my charcoal gray car.)
