Review on Plugable Thunderbolt Supports Compatible Certified by Rod Evans

I bought this specifically for my eGpu setup. The cable that came with the Razer Core X was too short. It was a good price compromise. The cable does exactly what it promises. First, it's 40 Gbps. Second, it charges at 100 watts. This is where I was surprised because the cable that came with the Razer Core X should have been and my laptop complained that it wasn't charging to full capacity. After connecting this cable, this message disappeared. This purchase was worth it for that alone. After all this I decided to test my eGpu with 3dmark. The benchmarks were slightly better. Again, I was surprised. Before this cable I couldn't even do the ray tracing test. It will be the bomb every time I try. After I laid this cable at the lower end and lo and behold, the ray tracing test ran. Not sure why the included Razer cable was so bad. Unfortunately I don't have a crazy tester like other reviewers, but I hope this helps someone who is about to buy this cable. Ultimately, this cable is a certified Thunderbolt cable.
