Great stress reliever!
Excellent stress reliever! It is very convenient to refill air and water. However, remember the weight after you put all the air and water in it. it will be very difficult. On the other hand, this punching bag is great for stress relief. At first I thought it would be a little shorter than I expected but that wasn't a problem because then I was able to practice my kicks! Also make sure the lid is fully closed; I noticed water was leaking somewhere until I discovered that one of the lids wasn't fully closed.
