After only 6 months (2000 miles) the driver's side "stain" in the center is starting to peel off the mat. I contacted customer service to inquire about a warranty replacement. They asked for pictures of the issue and tags and then quickly approved the RMA. I had to provide a credit card number for an advanced replacement and they emailed me a return label. At the moment I have no complaints about the customer service - only the quality of the original carpets I have purchased. I hope they fixed the production issues that several people were complaining about. A prepaid shipping label was provided so I didn't pay out of my pocket even though they blocked my credit card for $50 which they said would be removed once they received the faulty mats. the second set of carpets began to fall apart in the same place. It is clear that they are not made for the latter. The warranty is 3 years and I need a third set and a year and a half has not passed yet. Today I contacted customer service again. Edit 1/8/19 - *THIRD* set of floor mats fell apart in 3 years. Customer service responded quickly, but the manufacturer no longer refuses to replace them for me. I totally regret this purchase and would not recommend anyone to buy floor mats from this manufacturer for any car. Undoubtedly, the quality of this product is low. Three sets of floor mats have covered less than 20,000 miles in 3 years.
