Update 12/11/14: The headset is broken again. As usual, I contacted the seller for a replacement as I still had 3 months of warranty left. I sent pictures hoping they could figure out why they break where they break and got no response. Days passed and nothing. I emailed again, weeks went by and nothing. I sent an urgent email and finally got a reply that it was in the mail. Waited a week and got nothing. I sent an email notifying them of this and to date I have had no response from them nor a replacement headset. BEWARE! They will only redeem the guarantee when they see fit. They are also not interested in finding out problems with their product. Check out my photos to see where they break. WON'T BUY AGAIN FROM THIS SELLER! (April 2, 2014) I have a conflict with this headset. The sound is very good on both sides and the customer service is even better. However, I bought them in January and have had to replace them 4 times to date. They keep getting shorts. Maybe all the ones I received were from a bad lot. I'm very careful with them and only plug them in when necessary. The seller has sent replacements very quickly every time, no questions asked. They come with a 6 month warranty on them, which is great, but replacing them every month or so becomes a hassle. I'm not sure I'll buy again after the warranty expires. But I would buy from the seller again.
