Review on Enhance Your Ride with Walker Exhaust SoundFX 18180 Exhaust Muffler by Ryan Gilliam

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Quiet at idle, slightly louder than stock, almost OEM perfect in db.

I have a 1989 GMC with a slightly warm 10-1350 with a small cam. I used to have a Dynomax muffler that was 7" diameter and about 30" long and it was just too loud. Sounded great at idle but was pretty loud from 1200 onwards. FULL bass in a small booth. So I searched for an OEM Silent Muffler db wise. This one sounds good at idle, just a tad louder than the original, and BLESSED, fairly muffled and quiet when cruising on the road at 70mph etc. I can say if you're looking for something a little louder than the original, this is yours silencer . I call it victory. My system is a single 3" pipe from a catless Y-pipe to a full length 3" factory exhaust that exits in the standard location - in the passenger rear bulkhead.
