I like the humidifying function. also a soft and gentle quality. They allow you to pump out air without destroying the products. My food stamp didn't have this feature, so I really appreciate this feature. Plus, you can stop the vacuum at any time during the process so you don't overdo or crush things like potato chips. I also know it says don't do it. but works great for sealing things like bags of frozen berries etc after using them to make a smoothie. Keeps them fresh and delicious. We also seal all of our crisp bags after use. It works great with them and haven't had any issues with this type of material.
