Review on 🌈 Rainbow Baby Nest: Portable, Soft Cotton Co-Sleeping Bassinet for Traveling and Napping by James Richardson

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Cute baby nest. The child must be visible in it at all times.

This baby nest comes unassembled in a plastic carry bag. Sponge linings need to be pasted to form a soft wall for the child, and the bottom needs to be tied off. It's cute and simple. I wouldn't recommend leaving a baby unattended in one of these, but if you're visiting friends or going out and don't have a crib, using this nest for your baby could be a great solution. It can also be put in a cot, but I'm worried that the baby will move and his face may be pushed to the side and he won't be able to breathe. Therefore I would only use this if I or someone else would be there at all times to see the baby. It is well made and the cover is washable. The price is competitive with other similar sockets. I got the triangular unisex because I didn't know the baby's gender yet. This is a girl and she feels very comfortable in this nest when she visits me. Being an infant, she cannot roll over and may fall out of her nest. I would stop using it even if the baby can still fit in it as soon as he becomes more active and definitely when he starts rolling over. This is good for the first few months of a baby's life. No wonder it is also a good couch for small pets. My Yorkie is counting down the days until my niece outgrows him.
