I mostly watch movies, no music and there is no noise reduction feature. WTF? What's good about the noise-cancellation, which only works with music, I can't test that either. Sometimes you just want to use them without media just to get the noise out. they are completely useless in this mode. There is no difference between the Noise Reduction, Transparency and Off settings. I will be the ambient noise so loud as if the headphones we had never been there. With headphones you can deflate your ears and the ambient noise is the same as with headphones. Also, the controls that work through the app are awkward to use. these are the worst headphones I've ever tried; They return.
