I like this thing. I've been using it for about two months now, having finally upgraded from the crappy Mr. Coffee. There are some unnecessary bells and whistles (the milk frother for me) but it looks good, does the job and is very easy to use. Features I particularly like: 1. the ability to extend the keep warm time by more than two hours (I set it to three) 2. the ability to make a cup if I want (no more burials with K-Cups !) 3. the ability selection of the coffee strength (from espresso to "classic"). If there's a downside, I'm not too keen on the limitations of regular coffee brewing - you only get two sizes, 'half cup' and 'full cup', which is a bit inconvenient for me (I never drink a whole half a pot on my own so some is always wasted). It would be nice if you could just choose how much water you want to use, but my goodness, that's just one hell of a coffee maker. I think it's sturdy and will last a lot longer than my previous one (fingers crossed).
