I'm not sure if this makes my coffee taste better, but I like this machine for its features. My husband gets to work a few hours before me so the keep warm feature is great! The fact that you can drink hot coffee for four hours was reason enough to buy this coffee maker. The mug design and settings were a bonus! It fits perfectly in our cafe. I absolutely!

I bought this unit from Amazon in September. At first I loved him. Then he had an incredibly annoying problem when he stopped making the right amount of coffee.
