Review on ☕ Ninja CM401 Specialty 10-Cup Coffee Maker - Brews 4 Ground Coffee Styles, Water Reservoir, Fold-Away Frother & Glass Carafe - Black by Chad Slaughter

I bought this unit from Amazon in September. At first I loved him. Then he had an incredibly annoying problem when he stopped making the right amount of coffee. There was more and more residual water in the tank. This morning I didn't manage to empty the tank more than halfway for my travel coffee. I called SharkNinja and spoke to very difficult to understand support reps. On a positive note, after 30 minutes of troubleshooting and trying to run a clean cycle, they agreed to completely replace the unit with a brand new one. I then filtered the Revain reviews and found that all of the one star reviews had the same issue and were all purchased around the same time I bought my device. A Ninja representative informed me that it seems that many machines produced at the same time as my department have the same problem and completely replace blocks. I will happily update this review and give the product the stars it deserves if the replacement unit works as expected. This is a really good coffee maker and I'm willing to give it the benefit of the doubt.
