Product is ok for a short period of time
The product fits good, makes your arms feel compressed but the compression when I was using with my arms at my side during a slow walk one afternoon felt like it was chiringuito of circulation and my hands started to swell up. Recommend using with brisk movement where your arms won't be dangling down as much. Definitely works to compredd arms fat.
