The thread does not cut, tears to shreds - disappointed.

This tool seemed so cool because it's curved (which minimizes the risk of cutting fabric) and because it's spring-loaded (allows for multiple cuts). It turns out that he does not cut the thread, but simply tears it - with some effort. Too bad it was a clean cut, you can't thread the thread it cuts through the needle.

Great scissors with a nice fine point for cutting small threads and getting close to the fabric.
