Although I find this level of strength to be a bit pricey; The risk of the computer burning down or the car burning is worth the price. I installed this in my back door on the driver's side of a 2002 Ram1500 Quad Cab. I hesitated to install it because the manufacturer didn't recommend it for my model. I preconfigured (trace) each wire from the main connector to each connector for each accessory and they all match, although the color coding is different. All plugs correspond to the factory plugs. The plug-in stiffeners are identical in spacing to the factory stiffeners for easy installation. Be sure to pay attention to the cable routing to avoid chafing or cutting into the window regulator.
