I like that it has a hand that I can move and cover a larger area. I've also found the water jet is softer than my first bidet and better for hemorrhoids. In addition, the spray covers a larger area and is therefore finished faster in my opinion. It takes a while to get used to the blow grip and using the swing arm, but after a few tries it's pretty intuitive. One problem is that you have to attach special bumpers to raise the toilet seat and this didn't work with my plastic toilet seat as you have to screw on the bumpers to make sure they are secure. They were good enough to ship high quality bumpers with products so I didn't have to buy them. But I had to buy a new toilet seat made out of tough materials so I could securely screw their bumpers into the seat. This was the only big surprise. But it was easy enough to buy my toilet and replace it with a hard material toilet and now the arm moves perfectly as expected with the included Biffy bumpers. My main reason for trying Biffy is that my early bidet created too much blood flow and my hemorrhoids were often problematic. A friend recommends Biffy and so far so good.
