After replacing the ABS actuator on a 2007 Toyota Highlander Hybrid Limited, my old code scanner failed to clear the ABS and stability control instrument codes. I know there are videos of paperclips on YouTube. However, I preferred the more civilized, less hacky method. I then took the car to SF Toyota to admit I couldn't fix it. Please clean my Christmas lights on the dashboard. The service technician offered a diagnostic test for $199 without a promise. No thank you. I then bought this Foxwell scanner and straight out of the box without plugging it into my computer for a software update it cleared my codes in minutes. For anyone who is DIY, I recommend this Foxwell 510 Elite Multi. - System Scanner. It has many other features that I have yet to use. I'm glad to have this scanner in my tool box.
