See Review Batteries and Chargers

First, it works. Secondly, this review is for people who are facing similar problems. I received this charger for my Canon EOS XT. The problem is that I keep getting a low battery warning after the first shot. Since I have a Grip battery, I use cheaper AA batteries. Then I switch to the Canon battery that came with the camera. I have never used this. He was over 15 and appears to have no charges either. After reading a few blogs I decided to upgrade to a brand new battery and charger. So far this camera works like new. Only time can tell. With a camera that will make you money, you need to make sure it's always on and ready to shoot. Just a personal note. I don't like spending $$ when it's not needed. This cell has never been abused. So why not invest a few bucks before jumping out of the deep end for a new rig. But with old hardware it's always a gamble: invest more money or buy new? But the bottom line is that I've gotten my money's worth with this system since I bought it in 2005. But to me, my Canon camera is more than just lenses and plastic. These are reminders of where I was during each shot. This camera is a separate part of me. As silly as it may sound, it's true. If a camera company took that into account when making these things. food for thought.
