Provides torque transmision and alignment. Cost effective coupling design. Easily installed where major disassembly would otherwise be required. Tolerance: +.0005/+.0030. Black oxide provides some corrosion resistance.

Great quality, best in set screw

used to port my 1930's Sears lathe with 5/8" dead center tailstock to the 2020's. Just pair it with Morse Taper 2 with a moving center

Great quality and great price

This coupling has taken a lot of damage and survived. I ordered it for something my husband was working on and he seemed to think it wouldn't last long, but it has withstood a lot of use on his project. Super fast delivery. Great prices.

Rugged construction, steel, 2 bolts

Very harsh environment. It came pretty quickly. The 2 bolts shown are the only 2. There are an additional 4 bolt couplers that help hold the shaft. I am using this to hook up a 3/4hp AO Smith motor. to a modified container for crushing apples to make cider. Think Whizz Bang Cider Press. No problem, and the steel helps with the mass.
