My arms and legs look great in the morning after wearing them! I wake up with nice thick little spikes and it's like a small miracle for me because I suffer from blisters, thick skin and then scaly skin on my hands and it's important to stay hydrated so I can heal. In the evening and while I sleep, I apply my favorite ointment and apply it on top. At first I woke up at night and took them off, but now I'm used to it. It takes an extra minute to put them on cleanly and I found it took even longer to get them off my hands. Try not to turn them inside out as they will be very difficult to straighten up if they do. I also find that they are easier to remove if I use a thick layer of ointment. I've tried cotton gloves and they just don't do what these babies do. I love her!
