So glad I found them at Revain. I lost one of the o-rings on my pegs and didn't want to downsize or buy new jewelry (because 8 gauge is hard to find and so expensive) so I gave them a try. Now I've seen some not so good reviews where people "claimed" they were the wrong size, obviously those people didn't read the description. This size fits not only 8 gauge but also 8 gauge. Now I'm here to be the voice of reason. These o-rings are AMAZING and yes even if they aren't "standard" 8 gauge they will work and here's how to get them to work. Take your 8 gauge cone (I'm sure if you have plugs you have a plug or two), press the o-ring on the cone about halfway down, thread the cone through the back of the plug , slide the O-ring over the plug. . It takes a little work, but it will work. When you are done you will have a very tight o-ring and plug that will NOT fall out. I will buy other sizes and larger than this size. I add photos. In the photos I have a standard size 8 o-ring next to the size I received (yes it's smaller) but the second picture shows how to fit the smaller o-rings to your size 8 plugs . Hope that helps.
