Too small. I have 2 cats, both 11 months old. One is thin, very, very, short. The other is a much larger long-haired fluffy ball, but not "fat". I wonder if it contains Maine Coon or some other large long haired breed. However, none of them are fully grown. It didn't even come close to my Big Boy. And he was the ONLY opponent for my tiny short haired little boy! The little boy still fits in his cat harness, but this one barely fits! They're both team trained but I'll say Little Boy hated it. I'm keeping one because it fits a little boy and I'll sew on an extra velcro patch for a big boy.
